Training of Trainers on Life Skills fir AGILE Project Held in Omu- Aran

A 6-day Training of Trainers (ToT) was successfully conducted at Mucenty Hotel, Omu-Aran, as part of the Life Skills sub-component of the Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) project.

The training brought together selected facilitators and educators to deepen their understanding and capacity across the four key modules outlined in the AGILE Life Skills Manual:

Life Skills Development
Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Awareness and Prevention
Climate and Environmental Changes
Health Awareness
This intensive program aimed to equip trainers with the knowledge and facilitation skills necessary to cascade the training to mentors. These mentors, in turn, will work directly with adolescent girls in schools and communities, empowering them with the essential skills and knowledge for their personal development and wellbeing.

This initiative is a critical step in strengthening the delivery of holistic education and support systems for girls, contributing to their overall empowerment and resilience.
