FRESH IN: OCDI & Agile Team Holds Inception Meeting with Kwara State SPIU
The Olive Community Development Initiative (OCDI) and Adolescent Girls Initiative for Learning and Empowerment (AGILE) project teams successfully collaborated with the Kwara State Project Implementing Unit (SPIU) to hold an inception meeting, focusing on the implementation of life skills in selected Kwara State schools.
During the meeting, both teams introduced themselves, shared valuable insights, and outlined their objectives, vision, mission, and goals. The OCDI team elaborated on its goals, while the Agile team presented a comprehensive project overview, highlighting key objectives.
A interactive Q&A session followed, enabling participants to clarify concerns and gain a deeper understanding of the project's requirements and expectations. This meeting marked a significant milestone in the project's lifecycle.
