OLIVE GIRL CHILD SUPPORT PROGRAM (OLIVE-GSP)

On the 13th of march 2019, OCDI Girl Child Support team, was at Government senior and junior secondary school Odokun, Ilorin kwara state to sensitize the female students on Self Esteem and Sexually Transmitted Infections (STI).

It was explained that Self-esteem reflects an individual's overall subjective emotional evaluation of their own worth, the decision made by an individual as an attitude towards the self, Sexually Transmitted Infections was extensively discussed as an infection transmitted through sexual contact, caused by bacteria, viruses or parasites with most common types as Human papillomavirus infection,Genital herpes,Chlamydia,Gonorrhea,HIV/AIDS,Syphilis among others.
